June 25th, 2025 turned away from St. Jon’s hospital during a medical emergency with two witnesses. Picked up and beat, restrained, beat, denied a phone call to lawyer, disability advocate, medical or mental health assessment.
August 10th, 2025: I was targetted and harassed by 7 people who I had been trying to get a restraining order against or move to get away from and ended up homeless after they thought I was a witch and put salt and penies down. The police have full recordings of this and Utopia Property Management has a stack of emails from me that can prove I did everything I could to get away. Then they stole my computer, ID, money, all my possessions and threatened and harassed me out of town after I held in my hand an affidavit for the Department of Health after getting my medication denied as a Trans Adult on HRT. The queer resource center in town shut their doors in my face when I attempted to ask Michelle Harmiere for help she told me to speak to Alicia Rule – a woman who said at a town hall that what she would do to increase the safety of immigrants and LGBTQ people in Washington is fund the police more.
April 14th, 2025 – bellingham city council plea for sanctuary with transgender survival. - Portland, OR:
September 11th, 2025: Vehicle seized by Officer #12 without warrant, leaving me stranded in winter. While I was being denied access to my own ID, phone, computer, SSDI, and more. Forced into Cedar Hills inpatient September 11th-27th, 2025 where I was spit on, had a stroke and sexually harassed by someone who looked like my childhood rapist. I begged to be sent to the hospital while I could not feel my left side, couldn’t breath, and had to listen to this man tell me he was going to cum in my mouth when I passed out. The staff there were named Australian Annie, White Ezekiel, and other code names. I befreinded the woman who spit in my face whose middle name was Gabrielle. She told me of the cult her brother was involved in and that White Exekiel is the person that chopped up the bodies in a case (which was real) where a man was chopped up and tossed in the Tualitin River. She also said she could verify that Black Ezekial had done nothing wrong. She was trapped in a similar cycle to me and staff at 622 SE 10th Ave, Hillsboro, OR stole the evidence of this written in her own hand and mine as we were actively experiencing the situation. - Las Vegas, NV: I was told that my stalkers have too much money to attempt a restraining order. They filed a missing person’s report in retaliation.
- Medical Negligence & ADA Violations:
- St. Joseph’s Hospital (Bellingham): Denied emergency care and HRT on June 25, 2025, despite two witnesses confirming assault. Whatcom County Jail Cell 127 Officers K.Jones, J. Trullijo and Campbell.
- Medication Sabotage: Multiple facilities refused to administer prescribed medication due to my gender despite the fact that I am a 38-year-old adult. Multiple hospitals in Oregon and Washington have refused to see me during a medical emergency and I was denied the ability to ROI my own medical records. Due to my activist work spanning April 14 to August 2025 in Bellingham and 2020 – 2023 in PDX I was given an affidavit from the Department of Health in August, 2025. I believe it was this event that triggered police and hate groups calling themselves Children of God on taped evidence I had on my computer that I was not allowed back that spurred the stalking and harassment that I am experiencing now as someone who was supposed to be a whistleblower for the Washington State Department of Health.
- Retaliatory Legal Actions:
- Abuser obtained restraining order against me after I reported harassment to rental association, police – such as my calls on August 7th where an officer said that I should go in to the station on Monday. Instead they assaulted me out of the Utopia Property Management property 2900 Walnut St, Bellingham, WA 98225 in a coordinated attack with 7 people where they called themselves Children of God on tape; local courts dismissed my evidence due to stolen digital credentials a.ka. The cut and dry evidence that police were invested in burying. Which just so happens to look like this refurbished computer I got from the government program from Donita Worthy at Caleb’s Extended Stay 622 SE 10th Ave, Hillsboro, OR where I got medication, a computer, my 2ds, and my evidence for CEDAR HILLS SEPT 11-27th, 2025.
- Trespassed from City Council in Hillsboro Oregon after presenting evidence to Kiyomi Arbuckle. Subjected to cruel and unusual harassment such as people telling me they know my old high school friend I have not seen in three years by screaming HIPAA protected information at my across from the library I was harassed and threatened out of. A library where a man who tried to stand up to an alt-right streamer during pride got arrested by the police and tresspassed on the corner of Maple and SE10th Ave.
- Identity Theft & Bureaucratic Barriers:
- SSN card and ID stolen multiple times dating back to August 10th, 2025 in Bellingham. Also notably by Caleb and shelter staff at Beaverton Highway Open Doors facility in Beaverton, OR and Bridges Extended Stay hotel at 622 se 10th Ave, Hillsboro, OR as well as BHRC on Harvey Milk and 9th Ave in Portland Oregon in Fall of 2025. Amber Kelsall of Jeff Merkley’s office received a stack of evidence and told me to no longer email her after saying that I just need to work with Project Homeless Connect at the Beaverton, OR library. Who told me that I was a victim of capitalism and not to take it seriously. After a black man with one of my old white friends names asked if he could “get behind me” and that the OPEN DOORS homeless raffle is run by META. I was on the homeless waitlist for 8 months, despite having enough money to pay rent I was denied housing every time I tried to apply. I requested help from every source I perceived to be of authority and was treated as if I was crazy, a child, or sent on a wild goose chase to trace down every organization in social service. I have still not received help.
Request: I cannot afford private counsel, food, hygeine products and have not been able to find a case worker, therapist to help me to this day.
I am searching for a pro bono or contingency-based attorney who can address:
- Wrongful seizure of property.
- Civil rights violations by law enforcement (excessive force/refusal to investigate).
- Medical negligence under the ADA. (as a DEPT OF HEALTH WHISTLEBLOWER DENIED MY DAY IN COURT.)

Portland, OR Vehicle purchased for $4000 at Bellingham Auto Auction impounded by Officer 12 after I ran out of gas. Was placed in CEDAR HILLS facility against my will for a period over the legal limit without consent where I was assaulted, recorded evidence, and had a stroke. While I was passing out a man who resembled my childhood rapist of ages 4-10 told me he was going to cum in my mouth. The staff did nothing as I begged to be allowed to go to the hospital. There I also had someone with covid spit in my face and tell me about the cult hate group her brother was involved in while a woman who had her boyfriend killed for speaking up against his boss watched and a woman named Cunningham asked me if I believe in the singularity and AI after she told me I was Jewish and I should act like it.
Eugene, OR Spring 2026 – went one day spotted a car that frequently followed me around with a lookalike of someone very inconvenient working at the Cornucopia that I have begged for a restraining order since BHRC told me “Kendrick is listening” when Wesley Edwards of 14th Avenue, Bellingham, WA told me that I was famous in Soldier of Odin, Child of God country.

AUGUST 10TH I WAS HATE CRIMED OUT OF MY HOME BY THE BELLINGHAM POLICE FORCE AFTER I HAD A STACK OF EVIDENCE THAT CLEARLY SHOWED I WAS BEING HARASSED, THREATENED, MOLESTED, AND INTIMIDATED. DESPITE ALL MY EFFORTS THEY STOLE MY PHONE, CHANGED MY EMAIL PASSWORDS, STOLE MY COMPUTER. I COULD NOT CALL 911. THEY TOLD ME THAT BECAUSE I WAS LIVING IN MY CAR I WAS PUBLIC PROPERTY TO HARASS. THEN THEY CAME AROUND EVERY NIGHT TO BLARE MUSIC, CALL ME SLURS, AND TRY TO RECORD ME SLEEPING IN MY BACK SEAT IN A COORDINATED ATTACK EVERYONE KNEW WAS HAPPENING, BUT THEY WERE TOO AFRAID TO EVEN LET ME PARK IN THEIR DRIVEWAY.
I HAVE SO MUCH EVIDENCE AND THE ACLU SAYS THEY ARE TOO SMALL TO HELP ME. POLICE AND ADVOCATES TELL ME I CAN’T GET A RESTRAINING ORDER AND THAT IN RETALIATION THESE PEOPLE HAVE PUT A “MISSING PERSON” REPORT INTO THEM AS MY ABUSERS. PEOPLE TELL ME THAT THEY ARE TOO RICH TO FIGHT AGAINST.
